Team Track Record
The Partners have a successful track record in building and exiting three previous portfolios of primary and secondary PFI assets:
• 2004-2009: Infrastructure Investors
• 2001-2004: Noble PFI Fund
• 1999-2001: Edison Capital
Together these funds made investments in a total of 87 PFI projects, which accounted for approximately 10% of the UK PFI market as at December 2008.1
Elgin Infrastructure Limited
Dalmore Capital introduced 3iN to Robertson Capital Projects and this led to the successful establishment of Elgin Infrastructure Limited, a vehicle set up by Robertson Capital Projects to hold 16 PFI investments - in January 2010 3iN took a 49.9% stake in this vehicle for £38.9 million.
Worcester Library & History Centre PFI Project
Dalmore Capital introduced L&P Financial Trustees to Galliford Try Investments Limited in the last quarter of 2010. Dalmore Capital established EC2V LP, with L&P Financial Trustees as an investor, to acquire a 50% stake in the Worcester Library & History Centre PFI project from Galliford Try Investments Limited. The general partner of EC2V LP is a subsidiary of Dalmore Capital and as such provides fund management services to this investment vehicle.
